Problems trying to re-start download office 365 Home Premium.

Solution:
Let us try the following steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue:
Step 1:

Download office 2013 Remover from Internet.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501
Run this fixit.
Restart the computer and then try downloading and installing Office 365/2013.

Step 2:

Check if Office 365/2013 shows in the list of installed programs. To do that, go to Control Panel and Programs and Features. If found you may try repairing the Office installation and check.


Step 3:
Stop and start or restart Microsoft Office Service following below mentioned instructions and verify the result:

1. Hold Windows key +R.
Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter:
services.msc
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
2. In the Services list, double-click Microsoft Office Service.
3. In the Windows Installer Properties dialog box, click Automatic in the Startup type list.
4. Click Start, click Apply, and then click OK.
5. Start the software installation.
