Step1
Open Start>>Control Panel>>Mail

Step 2
Click 'Add' button and then provide a name for this profile.

Step 3
Check 'Manually configure server settings', then click 'Next'.

Now you can see 3 options. Select ‘Microsoft Exchange’ and click ‘Next’

Step 4
You will be asked to give the Exchange Server Name and User Name. You can also use the ‘Check Name’ button to see available user name.

While using this option windows will ask the Administration password. Put the network password and proceed.

Step 5
Select required user name and click ‘Next’.

That’s all… You are done..! You can see the congratulation window now.

All the screen shots presented here are taken from a remote PC that is running with Windows XP, even though the configuration of Outlook for exchange server is same in Windows 7 just as in Windows XP.
