Q.Message stuck in Outbox!  Not able to delete the email from outbox.??
A: If you are not able to delete the emails in your outlook program do the following. 

1. Put Outlook in offline mode. 
To do this go to File-> Work Offline or send/Receive. 

2. Now restart Outlook and see if you can delete it (you can try this in combination with method 1). 

3. Don’t forget to put Outlook back On-line again.

4. Try to create a new profile to see if there is some in the pst data file.

5.Try to restart outlook in safe mode using the following command in RUN Window.
outlook /safe.
