Issue: Change the vertical alignment of text on a page in word. Vertical alignment determines the position of the text within a section of a document relative to the top and bottom margins. Vertical alignment is often used to create a cover page or title page for a document. In Microsoft Office Word 2007, you can quickly and easily add a cover page to your document without having to change the vertical alignment option. Solution: You can change the vertical alignment of the text within a section or of selected text only. You can align the text at the top of the page, center the text, justify the text, or align the text at the bottom of the page. 1.       On the  Page Layout  tab, click the  Page Setup  Dialog Box Launcher, and then click the  Layout  tab. 2.      In the  Vertical alignment  box, click the option that you want. 3.      In the  Apply to  box, click  Whol...

Problem: Change the default address list of the Outlook Address Book. Solution: When you use Outlook without an Exchange Account, the default address list when bringing up the Address Book and when pressing the To, Cc or Bcc buttons is your Contacts folder. When you use and Exchange Account, the default is the Global Address List. You can change the default via the following steps; Open the Address Book by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+B or via; §    Outlook 2007 and previous  Tools-> Address Book… §    Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 Use the Address Book icon on the right side of the Home tab in the Ribbon. In the Address Book dialog choose Tools-> Options… Use the dropdown list for “Show this address list first” to your preferred address list.  In Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013, this option is called “When opening the address book, show this address list first”. Press OK. Close the Address Book dialog.

Issue: Error: "A program on your computer has corrupted your default search provider..." while launching Internet Explorer in windows 8.1.      Solution: 1.Open the following location via Run Window(Windows+R) 2.C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Protect\CREDHIST   3.Delete the "CREDHIST" file.   4.Open Internet Explorer

Issue:  Office 365 install error 12152-4 office 365 using MiFi Network. Solution: 1. Open Wifi Adapter settings by opening control panel->Network and sharing center.      2.   Open Change Adapter settings box from the left pane.   3.Scroll the bar on the dialog box and disable IPV6. 4.Click on apply and ok.    Try to run Click-2-Run file again and it will work like a charm.

Issue:  office 365 install error 12152-4 office 365 using Verizon MiFi. you can tried to change some   wifi adapter settings   and able to install office 365 on the machine. Steps: Open Wifi Adapter settings by opening control panel->Network and sharing center. Open Change Adapter settings box from the left pane. Scroll the bar on the dialog box and disable IPV6. Click on apply and ok. Try to run Click-2-Run file again and it will work like a charm.

Problem There will often be times when you need to use an MP3 File format and the file you have are a WMA format. For example some devices will not allow any file type other than MP3 (to see if what file types are compatible with your device, please refer to the manufacturers documentation supplied with it) Solution One solution is that you can use iTunes to convert the file format from WMA to MP3 1. On the General Preferences tab, there will be a section the reads “When you insert a CD” Click the button that reads: “Import settings”. 2. Next select the “Encode Using” Drop down box and select “MP3 Encoder”. 3. Click Ok twice. Now to convert the required file. Click “File” or the icon top left (version 11+), Select ”Add File to Library” or if you have a folder of WMA files ”Add folder to library”. Navigate to the file or folder. Click on it and the click “open”. Your wma file(s) will now be converted to mp3.

Problem:  Social Connector and People Pane is missing from outlook 2013. Solution: Open outlook 2013 in Admin Mode. Enable social connector from addins windows. Open File -> options -> Addins. Open outlook normally and see if the people tab is there.
