Try to create a new local user account in you windows 8. 2. To create a new user account open control panel and under users you will find add new user account and make it as administrator. 3. Log off and login into the newly created user account. 4. Try to install office 2013 again. Method 2: 1.Open system settings from windows charm or press window key+C. 2. Refresh your computer without affecting any data file. 3. Restart the computer and try to install office 2013 again.
